Custom Woodwork Design

I have had a passion for woodworking since 1996. As a young boy, I would often visit my neighbor’s wood shop next door. I was always amazed at how simple boards could create beneficial and beautiful things.I credit my old neighbor Mr. Hannah with lighting a fire in my heart for woodworking. At the age of 10, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and have made it my mission to raise awareness for all kids diagnosed with type 1. Unlike type 2 diabetes, type 1 often happens at birth or during childhood. Not because of obesity or having an uncontrollable sweet tooth. Type 1 diabetics lose the total function of their pancreas for no reason at all. Only because God chose us to be the holders of this disease. I have been a farmer for most of my adult life, raising various animals and crops. In 2022, during the height of COVID-19, I was laid off from my farming job. I decided to go back to what I know and love and started BayFinn Woodworks.
